This Solar Energy System Disclosure Document provides you with important information about your transaction. It is not a substitute for your contract. Please read it carefully before signing any agreement.
1. Purchase Price: The total cost of your solar energy system is $42,500. After federal tax credits (estimated at $12,750), your net system cost is $29,750.
2. Interconnection: You must receive written permission from your utility company before you operate your system. The company will assist with this process.
3. Maintenance: You are responsible for maintaining your system in good working order unless your contract specifies otherwise.
SECTION B: Performance Disclosure
